Privacy Policy
This policy describes the personal information GPA Turbo processes to provide accounts, AI question solving and support at gpaturbo.com. GPA Turbo is the service contact for privacy requests.
Effective September 26, 20261. Information you provide
Account information includes your name, email address, verification status, account identifiers and, for email login, a securely hashed password. Google sign-in supplies identity information such as your Google identifier, name, email, verification status and profile image when available; we do not receive your Google password. Question content includes the text, images, extracted question information and saved AI answers associated with your account. We also process credit balances, plan information, referral codes and bonus history. Contact inquiries include your name, email, subject, message and our replies.
2. Technical and usage information
We process session identifiers, sign-in and activity timestamps, browser or device information and IP addresses where needed for authentication, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Infrastructure may infer a country from your connection; this is not precise GPS location. Request records include processing stages, model names, durations, errors, token counts and available cost estimates. Unless you stop analytics through Cookie settings, Google Analytics receives website visit information such as page paths, timestamps and browser or device details, plus events for navigation, account access, plan and top-up selection, checkout and question solving. Event details may include the selected product, credit quantity, price and a pseudonymous order identifier for a confirmed live purchase. Sandbox purchases are labelled as tests and do not include a revenue amount. We do not intentionally send your account email, question text, uploaded images, AI answers or card details to Google Analytics. We do not intentionally store API keys or passwords in diagnostic logs. Raw model response bodies and private reasoning are not added to new diagnostic logs; the answer and explanation shown in your saved result are stored as part of that conversation.
3. Why we use information
We use account and session data to authenticate you, protect access and provide your account. We use submitted questions and images to recognize the task, request AI answers and maintain your history. We use usage, credit and referral records to apply allowances and prevent duplicate awards or deductions. We use technical records to investigate failures, measure service performance and prevent misuse. We use contact information to answer inquiries and send essential verification, password-reset and account messages. Where a legal basis is required, we rely as applicable on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, legal obligations, or consent for optional processing.
4. AI processing and service providers
A question-recognition model may first read your input and produce a common question for other models. Question text, relevant context, answer choices and, depending on the input and settings, the original image are sent to AI services. The configured services can include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI, often through OpenRouter, which routes requests to a model provider. Uploading an image can therefore involve more than one AI provider. Do not submit confidential information or other people’s personal data unless you have permission and understand this processing. GPA Turbo does not use your submissions to train its own AI model; external providers’ retention and data-use terms depend on the service and routing used. We do not promise that every provider offers identical retention or training controls.
5. Hosting, email and operational notifications
Cloudflare hosts the service, stores account and question data in its database and stores uploaded question images in object storage. Resend delivers verification, password-reset and contact-form email. Contact messages are delivered to contact.gpaturbo@gmail.com and handled in that Google mailbox; the form does not save a separate copy of the message in our application database. Google also provides optional sign-in, and Google Analytics measures visits and interactions on gpaturbo.com with the storage choices described below. Paddle processes checkout contact, billing and payment information; we store transaction and subscription identifiers, product, amount, currency and entitlement records, but not full card details. Payment notifications sent to our administrator on Telegram include a masked email, product, amount, credits, transaction identifier and time; sandbox payments are marked as tests. For signup monitoring, we send a Telegram bot notification to an administrator containing a partially masked email and name, signup method and status, time and connection country if available. That notification does not include your password, question or uploaded image. Authorized administrators can inspect account and question history for support, security and operation; administrative access is restricted and relevant actions are recorded.
6. International processing and other disclosures
GPA Turbo is operated from Korea and uses international infrastructure and AI services. Information may be transmitted and processed outside your country, including in the United States and other locations used by the providers described above. Transfers occur over network connections as you sign in, submit a question or contact us. The information transferred is limited to the account, request or message data needed for that function. Provider locations and retention depend on the configured service. Where required, we use an applicable transfer basis or obtain the necessary consent; this policy itself does not replace any legally required separate transfer notice or consent. You can contact us about the providers used for a particular request. Declining AI processing means we cannot solve that submitted question. We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect users and the service, or in a lawful business transfer with appropriate notice and safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Retention and deletion
Account information and saved conversations are kept while your account remains active and the information is needed to provide the service. You can delete individual conversations from History or the website sidebar; deletion removes the saved question and answers and initiates removal of its stored image. Request diagnostic logs have a 30-day retention window and are cleaned up in bounded batches. Minimal request identifiers or status records may be retained separately to prevent replayed requests and duplicate charges. Security, credit, referral and administrative records may need to be kept for abuse investigation, a dispute or a legal obligation. Contact correspondence remains in our support mailbox while needed to handle and follow up on your inquiry; you may request its deletion. Backups and external-provider records may have separate retention schedules, so removal from the live service does not mean immediate deletion of every backup or provider record. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to those obligations.
8. Cookies and device storage
Our mobile apps store authentication credentials in the operating system’s secure storage and remember your AI-processing choice on that device. The camera is used only when you choose to photograph a question. The photo picker grants access to the image you select; we do not scan your photo library. Images are resized on the device and sent only when you submit a question after allowing AI processing. You can reset that permission in My Account. In-app answer reports send the selected question and answer, your comments and your account email to our support mailbox for review. We use necessary cookies for sign-in sessions, Google login state and security. Your browser may also store interface preferences or temporary uploaded-image previews. These functions are used to keep the service working, not to create an advertising profile. On gpaturbo.com, Google Analytics loads with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. It sends cookieless measurements of visits and interactions without reading or writing analytics cookies; these measurements can include timestamps, browser information and referrer information. This does not provide the same visitor or journey tracking as cookie-based analytics. Cookie settings in the website footer lets you allow analytics cookies or stop analytics entirely on that browser. We honor a previously saved decline as a request to stop analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser and does not affect your account or ability to solve questions. When you stop analytics, we stop future analytics on that browser and attempt to remove its analytics cookies; prior reports are not removed. You can clear or block browser storage, but doing so may sign you out or prevent authentication and other features from working.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You can choose email or Google sign-in, leave the referral field blank, avoid uploading personal information and delete saved conversations. To request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of account information, contact contact.gpaturbo@gmail.com from your registered email, or use our Contact page. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. We may verify your identity in a proportionate way before acting and may need to retain information required by law or to resolve a dispute. We will explain any applicable limitation. You may complain to the competent privacy regulator, including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Commission, or the authority in your place of residence.
10. Children and sensitive information
GPA Turbo is intended for users aged 16 and above and is not directed to younger children. Do not register or submit personal information if you do not meet the age requirement. Please avoid submitting health information, government identifiers, payment card details, private credentials or similarly sensitive information in questions or contact messages. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can investigate and remove it when required.
11. Security
We use safeguards including encrypted network connections, password hashing, restricted account and administrator access, request validation, rate limits and protected storage of service credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your own credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure. We will investigate incidents and provide any notifications required by applicable law.
12. Updates and privacy contact
This policy may change when our features, providers or legal requirements change. We will update its effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate. Contact GPA Turbo at contact.gpaturbo@gmail.com or through the Contact page for privacy questions, data requests or concerns about the handling of your information.
